Many believe we personally create EVERYTHING that happens to us.
Whatever the heartbreak or setback…we did it to ourselves on some mysterious, energetic level.
BUT- This mindset can be cruel. AND- while yes, our thoughts, both conscious and subconscious, create…
…there are also forces beyond our awareness, shaping events for reasons we may not be able to see until down the road.
Such could be the case for Hal Enrod.
He’s had some tough blows ABOVE AND BEYOND what was mentioned yesterday. (the near-fatal auto accident.)
If you get the time, his keynote speech “what matters most” is on YouTube and worth the listening time.
From these experiences here’s one thing he’s learned, and is sharing:
How you spend the first hour of every day becomes the key to unlocking your potential.
Basic premise- whatever time you’re used to getting up, get up 1 hour earlier.
(put your alarm clock out of reach, maybe in the bathroom, where you then can splash some water on your face…)
This hour is then broken into 10 -minute increments:
Silence (this can be prayer, meditating, breath work, reiki, etc.)
Affirmations (he believes this is the most powerful step in his day- plus we have the SRC to assist)
Visualization (make your OWN mind movies!)
Exercise- enough said-
Reading (something related to personal development)
Keeping a journal (helps keep perspective and balances emotions)
For those of us who might want to give this a try but keep procrastinating, his book MORNING MIRACLE presents a REALITY CHECKLIST,
Checked my own numbers- it was not a pleasant experience-
As far as the group - details in the screen cast- but our highest points of stress at this time are related to “life of mediocrity, rear-view mirror syndrome, and lack of accountability”.
