Since February 22 we've been doing a chakra detox- the overall goal is to increase cellular vibration.

The specific instructions for this are on www.ourspirit.com. However, we've kept it much simpler - because the SRC is also also doing daily work to support the process.

So, the essence of our chakra detox is to get into the habit of preparing a gallon of good water at a time and adding a pinch of Himalayan salt. I've heard from a number of people who are now doing this consistently...

...and to remove toxins from the lower chakras by simply eating some REAL FOOD each day.

“Flushes”,or various detox protocols, may, in reality, be driving poisons to weaker tissues in the body.

The overall goal is to bring lower chakras into alignment so they can support the upper chakras.

At this point we're at the heart chakra, and are going to explore- among other things- what a “joining of hearts” could do for the world.

If you've followed these very simple steps up to this point, along with getting the daily SRC, you should feel healthier,more energetic, and be noticing increased “fortunate coincidences”. .

The work may seem to go in some odd directions from time to time, but it all comes together.

For example, last night I ordered a book- ADRENOLINE DOMINANCE by Michael E Platt, M.D. Once it comes, and I go through it, we may do some deeper focus on adrenal-related stress, even though we are now officially working on stress related to the heart chakra.

It's all connected.

Interestingly enough, Dr. Pratt lost his license to practice medicine because, based on his research, he began to recommend natural approaches to his patients instead of pharmaceutical drugs.

Which brings up a point- there are some who do not want us to know the TRUTH- about ANYTHING.

That being the case, I hope you will share some of this information – especially the part about joining hearts- with those you care about.

Do this without getting attached to the outcome, though, because reflex reaction from a lifetime of programming will prevent the majority from listening- at first.

Just plant the seed and move on – you will find those who are open at this time.

And remember, we can't control any thoughts but our own.

For example, I've been sharing with friends how powerful chanting 3396815 on a daily basis has been for me, personally.

(AND- several members of the energy group have let me know they're doing this and seeing results.)

BUT- the people I want MOST to do this, because of specific health challenges- AREN'T.

For the group work today we're STILL working on stress related to addiction. It dawned on me it could be addiction to what we consider to be our present reality!

Also, the recharger is still running, clearing stress related to all organs, with an emphasis on the bladder, and pericardium meridian.

But, in addition to this, we're running the FOCUS command (it's in the VSA) in the supercharger- but also checking with the mediator to see if we REALLY want it to manifest.
