The ancients taught that we were all "one". Turns out, they were right!

You can work it down. Yes, we as individuals are all connected energetically. But then looking at the human body itself,  it's actually a single system with cross-talk between the different "parts".

But beyond THAT- each of us holds a mysterious miniature world inside us. It's known as the microbiome- a collection of microbes and bacteria.

Lately you may be hearing a lot about it, because it's a hot topic.

Science has discovered it runs the show. Once you get an accurate assessment of the microbiome, you might even come to the conclusion that microbes and bacteria are running the entire world, encased in our little flesh space suits!

(That might be a little extreme, good material for a sci-fi movie. But we DO know that the state of the microbiome has a strong impact on our mental process. Balancing it has been known to prevent and even reverse major mental- and physical- illness.)

It even switches our genes on and off!

AND it's a major factor in the obesity epidemic.

Here are just a few symptoms of an imbalanced microbiome:
