GREAT LIGHTS PUT OUT BY PANCREATIC STRESS? by Cathy D. Slaght
We’ve been going, alphabetically, though the organ systems. Today we come to the pancreas. Strangely, I’ve felt for some time - no supporting facts, just information from scans of the etheric field - that addiction could be related to pancreatic stress. So yesterday I again googled to see if there were any recent findings. And yes- there was some new information, not on addiction, but mental illness and the pancreas. Apparently, there is a gene called DISC1 which is believed, when faulty, can play a role in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and some forms of depression. It influences a certain protein, GSK38, causing impaired blood sugar regulation. What does this have to do with anything? Well, the Chinese say stressed emotions can ALL be traced back to an organ. For example, they would say being angry all the time didn’t cause liver stress- that FIRST came the liver stress, which CAUSED the anger. SO, could it be, in the case of mental illness or addiction, that FIRST the pancreas was stressed, which THEN caused these symptoms? If so, could habits of daily living also stress the pancreas to this extent? Let’s just say considering this possibility is a good reason to pay attention to the health of the pancreas. It is an extremely important organ. Basically, it has two functions: produce hormones and release enzymes. Hormones are the lock and key to the cells. Enzymes are our workers. For example- I could order materials for a roof, but without workers I would never have that roof. But beyond that- have you brought yourself up to date on what’s going on with diabetes in this country? It has skyrocketed. Experts say if we continue at this pace, it won’t matter WHAT health program we have- by 2026 there will be no funds for anything but diabetes. Could this have anything to do with the ALSO skyrocketing numbers of people dealing with mental health and addiction issues? If so, what could have possibly happened to our pancreases?
