GUILT- A MASSIVE SET-UP FOR FAILURE by Cathy D. Slaght

Was talking to a friend the other night and she said "The government's job is to take care of the refugees."

"Talk to you later", I replied.

No need to ruin a friendship over this.

But I can write a post :)

This present refugee crisis- whether or not to bring them in and support them - is creating a lot of stress, and this is a site about stress management.

The premise is that what we create in life is based on our voltage, or energetic strength.

This can be stated with confidence because science now has the technology to prove what the ancients tried to explain-

"There is an infinite field of energy/frequency/information surrounding and moving through us. It's invisible, but it's there, and we can choose what to access."

The strength of our personal/collective voltage determines our "choice".

Weak/low voltage = suffering in it's many forms.

The first time I gave this idea any thought was back in my real estate days. I went for counseling because I was so profoundly stressed. (And, as a result, throwing back 2 or 3 drinks every night.)

I told the counselor I was afraid real estate was the wrong path for me.  I'd originally wanted to be a missionary-doctor. How on earth had I ended up as a fat, boozy, workaholic, with 3 failed marriages under my belt?

Was I being punished because I hadn't followed God's will?

I'll never forget her answer.

"God doesn't care."

Took me years to digest this. (And I didn't go back.)

But there are verses in the Bible that support this line of thought, like "God is no respecter of persons" and " It rains on the just and the unjust."

We are biological computers. What we bring into our life is all related to our voltage.

God doesn't play favorites.

Voltage is determined by thoughts, diet, surroundings. Early childhood can actually  pre-set voltage for life. (with awareness, it can be re-set)

But GUILT is a world-class voltage crusher.

And the refugee situation seems to be running on guilt.

In Germany it's really bad. The Germans have never really recovered from the guilt over the Holocaust. That could be the real reason why they initially went along with letting in millions of refugees.

But it's destroying the country.

And it ought to take about 30 seconds to acknowledge that these atrocities were committed by the NAZI government, years ago. Most Germans, at the time, didn't even know about the death camps.

But even those who weren't living back then feel the guilt.

And here in the states, many feel guilty that so many around the world have suffered while we live in relative safety and prosperity. (key word, relative.)

Plus there's tremendous guilt about the bombs we've dropped, the suffering of innocents.

But think for a moment. It was our government. We had no say. They say we vote them in, but the connection seems to end there.

So how about letting those who voted to drop the bombs pay for the restitution WITH THEIR OWN MONEY, which seems to be plentiful.

Now, with such devastating results, if they want to make amends by bringing them over here, they can SPONSOR THEM WITH THEIR OWN MONEY.

(did I mention they seem to have plenty)

But this isn't really the point. What we see in our outward reality is projected by our own energy, both  individual and collective.  

Maybe we should work on ourselves first.
