Ok, I shouldn’t have made that snarky comment about Hillary Clinton’s makeover.

Am going to make an excuse that I’m cranky over this rash.

But we’re moving into a discussion of the heart chakra. That makes such a comment especially

inappropriate (Of course judging myself over it is a solar plexus charka imbalance)

Looks like keeping the chakra system balanced isn’t all that easy.

Eating colorful foods- and running the quantum software- could be more essential than we realize.

The goal of an open heart chakra is to give and receive love. It also pulls in information about love,

which is obviously extremely high voltage. You can see how important it is to keep the spin of this

chakra balanced.

When out, or moving too slowly, we feel unworthy of love, are terrified of rejection, unable to let go. A

relationship that ends can be paralyzing.

We can become withdrawn, cold, distant, mistrusting.

And the term “green with envy”-? That refers to the heart chakra, whose color is green.

When it’s TOO open, people can chase after love. They’re so needy they will do anything to gain

approval.

NO isn’t even in their vocabulary.

In relationships, there’s a pattern of giving EVERYTHING to a partner and receiving little or nothing in

return.

In working with clients, I find this the chakra most stressed- even more so than the solar plexus. And we

have barely hit the tip of the ice burg on what can throw the solar plexus off, so you have an idea of the

variety of stressors that can impact the heart chakra.
