Ok, yesterday I said working with energetic stress management isn't "psychic", so now I'm fortune telling? No, this is simple physics. We're made up of frequency, and emit an energy field, which is actually our blueprint. Stress can cause static in this field, which throws the blueprint off. There's no way to see, with the 5 senses, the damage that's being done by long term unmanaged stress. Plus, remember, much of this stress is on a subconscious level. At some point, though, it manifests as a symptom on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.  Same in reverse. As we continue the daily clearings, it may not seem like much is happening. But as the static is cleared, life is transformed! 

Today we asked to manage stress related to high blood pressure, toxins, and parasites. But I also want to mention an issue that came up yesterday, known as "seed emotions". These are thoughts that get "planted", so to speak, in the blueprint. Some consider them to be like a bug in our system. Typically this happens in childhood. One of our requests yesterday was to manage the stress related to this- there were three "seeds":

 (You may recall that the scan gives numbers, and that anything under 1000 indicates stress. Look how low these numbers are, even two zeros! Zero means this belief is highly charged, i.e. stressful.)  

• You are dependent upon the people and institutions around you for all your needs.  (0)
  
• You are born into a hostile universe (85)
  
• Nothing lasts. (0)
  

These "seeds" then give birth to certain life scripts. We create our life based on these scripts. Here's what came up in reference to that:

• The fear of abandonment. (143)
  
• The fear of punishment. (0)
  

Since yesterday I've been running a program to clear this stress. Next Monday we'll check again to see where we are. These life scripts can attract things into our life that we absolutely do not want on a conscious level. Who CONSCIOUSLY wants to be punished, or abandoned?  Until software programs like the one we're working with came along, discovering and then clearing the deepest layers of stress could take a lifetime. Now, with energy software, the process can be facilitated in a much more efficient way.
