IS IT POSSIBLE TO LIVE A DISEASE FREE LIFE? by Cathy D. Slaght
Don't know about that. But not eating sugar is a key.
Sugar breaks down the mitochondria, which is the power source for the cells. Some call the mitochondria our cellular batteries.
So what weakens the mitochondria? Primarily diet. We're eating food that's loaded with sugar. The typical American eats 48 teaspoons daily. Were not talking about desserts, either. The sugar is in the processed foods. Even bread has sugar.
Sugar is addictive, so many struggle with getting it out of their diet. But there's a solution.
There happens to be a strain of rice, grown in Thailand, that contains elements that re-seed the mitochondria. To be specific, the tip of this rice contains polypeptides and polysaccharides that accomplish this.
A unique type of mill separates the tip from the body of the rice. It takes 60-100 pounds of this rice into 30 tsp of a powder that can supplement the diet every day. (Otherwise we could never eat the massive quantities of rice to get the necessary polypeptides and polysaccharides.)
This is a low carbohydrate (4 carbs), gluten free product.
The pharmaceutical industry has been trying to grow mitochondria in petri dishes for years, with no success. Only food with the correct voltage can do this. This strain, with the correct polypeptides and polysaccharides, seems to do the trick.
(So would massive quantities of vegetables and fruits, but, again, we don't seem to be able to do that. Even the expense of purchasing enough organic produce is prohibitive. Then we'd actually have to EAT all these fruits and veggies, which wouldn't leave room for quarter pounders with cheese, etc.)
There are two strains of this rice, Forte (brown) and Royale (purple). I alternate between the two. It can be purchased here:
