How long it takes to get an optimal connection to the Absolute Intelligence that surrounds ALL may depend on 6 core factors: sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, mental health, and healthy relationships.

Continuing with information on the Fire Element…organs involved are the heart and small intestine.  As mentioned yesterday, the associated flavor is BITTER.

So, another example of yin/yang: Too little bitter- like not enough vegetables- could be bad for the heart, but too much (as in coffee or tea, also considered bitter) can COOL it. (put the fire OUT)

But, according to the Chinese, the EMOTIONAL associations of each element are the most important.

The emotion related to the Fire Element is JOY.  

In reference to this, any thoughts related to manifesting desired reality, when there is lack of JOY, will be of no consequence.  (there's no positive fire.)

On the other hand, prolonged joy, as in euphoria, can burn a person out.  We don’t want the extreme opposite, either, which is melancholy.

Then there’s OUTRAGE, also related to the Fire Element, which is extremely toxic. 

We’re seeing so much of this, especially on the political scene …

…which brings up, possibly, the most important thing we need to know: 

Toxic emotions impact Wei Qi- known by the Chinese as protective Qi. In other words, they dramatically impact the immune system, causing our "shield" to go down.

With consistent use of the SRC, much of this stress can be managed.
