Yesterday, in the group, we worked to balance stress related to our internal body of water.  70 % of the body is water!  

We started by testing the energy of our “internal water”- it was only 3% on a scale of 100%. Remember, this is not the water we drink, but the water IN OUR BODY, which is effected by many forms of stress.

The point, though, is that a command was sent for 24 hours- and you may wish to copy this down, put it in your SRC4YOU if you have the software, dowse it in daily if you work with a pendulum, or even just read it to yourself.

SCRAMBLE THE FREQUENCY OF ALL CHEMICAL, BIOLOGICAL, AND RADIOLOGICAL POLLUTANTS OF THE WATER IN MY BODY AND ADJUST THEM TO THE FREQUENCY OF PURE WATER. RAISE THE ENERGY OF THE WATER IN MY BODY TO THE HIGHEST APPROPRIATE LEVEL TO ACCOMPLISH MY HIGHEST PURPOSE.

We have the power to direct our personal body and environment by making commands such as this, but, for the most part, do not.

Is it because we don’t understand- or don’t believe we can do this?

Have we TRIED- and (seemingly) failed?

OR- are we commanding on an UNCONSCIOUS LEVEL, creating what we DON’T want?

Could all this be related to blockages in energy flow/reduced life force?

(Seems like a combination of many factors.)

So, for the next few days we’re going to focus on clearing blockages.

• As you continue to clear energy flow, things you need start to just “show up”.
• Vibration moves higher, energy rearranges itself
• Aspects of your greater self may appear

But

• Results are not typically immediate
• It’s not a straight highway
• Part of the process involves clearing untrue things that have been “branded into your brain”
