There is a vigorous and potent force that is part of YOU.

It's not the body. We're part of something much greater than our body. We have a spark.

We are energy.

But the body is the vehicle for that energy. When the body isn't well hydrated our spark dims.

(Even the brain is 87% water.)

So, one step towards accessing more personal power could be to simply drink more water each day.

If it has to be tap, fine- but try to avoid the bottled. It's just tap water anyway, but then loaded with even more chemicals from the plastic bottles.

(Who wouldn't believed it. OH- few, apparently. Look around.)

You might want to go online and start looking for ways to purify your tap water, though. I'll be posting some information, but it's best if you research on your own.

The more water you drink, the more you can turbo-charge the immune system, and therefore amp up voltage.

(Pure water signals the mitochondria to start working again. Mitochondria are the cellular batteries.)

The higher the voltage, the more power to manifest the life you desire.

PLUS every illness is caused by low voltage.

Just an extra glass or two a day of water- maybe one less soft drink- could put you in a whole different reality.

It's the small, steady, steps - when they become a part of the daily routine- that are most powerful.

In fact, while you're at it- what would happen if, while drinking that extra glass of water, you pictured someone who has hurt you and then said, from your mind to theirs - " may you be happy, may you be free from suffering, may you find joy and peace."

It would only take a few seconds.

But the world responds to our thoughts.

Just a few seconds a day- used this way- could create miracles.

That's the power of our "spark" .

Let's not allow it to dim.
