LAVENDER IS THE NEW BLACK by Cathy D. Slaght
Level of consciousness is said to be what creates reality. With that in mind - has there been a degeneration of American consciousness? Sometimes we have to think about things like this, instead of just looking away. It's part of managing stress. For example, some interesting information comes from Dr. Dave Janda. Janda is an orthopedic surgeon, and was making big money treating athletes. He began to wonder, though, if there wasn't a way to PREVENT so many injuries. He found it- a way that led to 98% reduction in injuries, which led to a 99% reduction in health care costs. His approach had the potential of preventing 1.7 million injuries a year with a savings of two billion dollars in acute health costs per year. A report was published, and he received a call from the White House- Reagan administration. Reagan wanted to implement the plan. But, it was turned it over to VP Bush, who said it would make the insurance companies mad. It was shelved. Still is. Give this some thought. Meanwhile, let's talk about essential oils, which are also classified as supplements. Essential oils are the ESSENCE of plants, containing intelligence and vibratory energy that can help people who use them. They enter the body, penetrate every cell, working at the most fundamental level of the body. Also - they leave the body, instead of being stored, like synthetics. Just a few drops diffused in the air or applied to the skin can perform many functions. We're not talking “magic bullet”- as in all things, some learning-and precaution is necessary. Any supplement can be misused. But yesterday I learned that some believe a drop of rosemary and thyme EO on the tongue each day can protect from stress related to chem trails. I'm willing to give it a try. Do your OWN research first, if you're considering this, because some experts say not to ingest oils directly. (I use Young Living, and after researching am satisfied that most of the oils can be ingested. Do your own research, see what you think.) But this got me to thinking about Rosemary EO- which I now realize I've not fully appreciated. First, a pound of Rosemary EO requires 66 pounds of the herb. So, look up the benefits of Rosemary. As in all things, there are side effects from ingesting too much of ANY herb – rosemary is no exception, but I personally am comfortable with 1 drop of the EO. .. ...which is also known to help with stress related to grief, inability to concentrate, indecision, memory issues, oily hair, physical exhaustion, flabby skin, stress, and weight loss. Then there's Lavender- rubbing a few drops of Lavender EO on the feet has been shown to relieve stress. You may want to use a carrier oil. (Carrier oil powers get ignored, but they also come from plants.) Eucalyptus EO has been known to help with stress related to dental problems, Again, plenty of information online. And, did you know that in WWII every soldier and sailor was issued Tea Tree EO because of its effectiveness against stress related to tropical diseases? The Essential Oils Desk Reference states that Tea Tree EO may also be helpful with stress related to radiation. There's so much more- the information is out there. And- the word ESSENCE means SOUL. According to Neville Goddard, the SOUL is the power to CHOOSE. It could be it's time to make some different choices.
