LESS SUGAR= MORE ACCESS TO INNER GUIDANCE? by Cathy D. Slaght
There’s information surrounding us, in the form of frequency, codes, “zip files” that are intended to be processed by our CPU, the brain. However, what’s accessed depends primarily on the condition of the GUT.
That alone makes it worth getting the gut back online. Not swinging from depression/mania and constipation/diarrhea could be another motivation.
AND- while it’s always important to speak up, even protest at times, looking bat-crazy while you do it is probably counter- productive.
Here’s a little basic information that could help –
Stop eating so much yogurt, it is NOT a health food unless it has under 20g of natural sugar. Sugar can really mess with the gut. (it is NOT a probiotic, either, you may learn if you investigate.)
Same with 100% whole wheat bread. The big companies are taking advantage of our growing awareness concerning nutrition, so they try to get us to believe 100% whole wheat bread is a health food. But, along with all the preservatives, it’s also loaded with high fructose corn syrup.
This is significant because-
HFCS isn’t recognized by the brain. Anything the brain doesn’t recognize goes into our fat layer. Also, it’s highly addictive- worse than heroin, say the experts.
Then there’s those cereal bars- read the label. Loaded with sugar or HFCS.
It may now be essential to take enzymes before each meal. (amylase, bromelain, lipase). Also, apparently most of us need to take probiotics, because our good gut bacteria may have been thrown off by all the sugar we’re consuming.
Today’s scan- we’re going to see if we can identify and clear stress related to sugar consumption.
