Every day there's more information on what to eat, drink, think- I've signed up for so many newsletters and webinars my inbox is overwhelmed- and I am too.

There must be a simple way to pull this all together. PLUS it needs to be something that doesn't create even MORE stress- like, maybe,  habits that become a part of the daily routine.

One of the speakers on the Truth About Cancer series suggested something called the "SEVEN ESSENTIALS", and it made sense.

I modified it a little, but the point is that anyone who is serious about working with their true potential may have to pull themselves together and create a lifestyle that doesn't drain their energy.

                                                              Be proactive

And could it be that this is no time to be passive? Maybe we need to aggressively go down this list and figure out a simple and realistic way to pull it all together.
