Yesterday, like every other day, the energy work/screen cast was done first thing.
But when it came to a post, I couldn’t think of anything worth blathering on about.
Maybe the block was related to the chaos we continue to see – fires, shootings, caravans, political conflict-
Accompanied by what seems to be increased hostilities 

(The fact that we as a group have been working now for DAYS on clearing stress related to “lack of appreciation” kind of makes sense)

And yet APPRECIATION is VITAL for anybody who’s serious about stepping AWAY from chaos.

Below is yesterday’s screen cast. Included are some shots of the aura scan, dispenser, field generator, which are done daily but usually not included.

Anyway, this morning we cleared the CYST theme- new theme is SWELLING. Woo Hoo?

Decided maybe it was time to also dowse in a protocol on assertiveness.

To be clear- Assertiveness vs Hostile Aggression.

Aggressiveness often comes verbally, which can do even more damage than physical

Some therapists refer to it as “little murders”.

The victim might surprise you, though - it’s the sender. 

(Whatever we send out comes back magnified.)

We don’t want to be doormats- but assertiveness accomplishes more than uncontrolled rage.

(PLUS- rage- often not even related to facts- is a sign there could be deeper issues that need to be dealt with.

In scanning the group, here are the most significant areas of stress related to all this - 

Listening to the wants and needs of others

Diplomacy 

Fairness

In the book RESISTING HAPPINESS, the author says to remember we see other people’s lives with much more clarity than our own…

…so, we’re only qualified to look at OURSELVES regarding this.

Everybody else should get the benefit of the doubt- we don’t know what they’re carrying around inside.

But here’s one thing, maybe, we can agree on: we’re seeing some old “world” systems collapse and die.

Best way to get through this - wish the highest and best for all.

Some SRC work along this line might not be a bad idea.

(the beauty of this work is that it impacts the conscious AND subconscious.)
