If it's true that 639 hz- the frequency for harmonizing relationships and clearing old negative emotions- has replaced 528 hz- it could mean consciousness IS rising.

(Apparently 528 hz, always known as the miracle frequency, is now focused on the solar plexus, or gut. Before it was focused on the heart. Now it's 639 hz that's focused on the heart.)

Obviously we don't know if this is true, just because someone said it. But, if so, it could be timely, because...

...the gut has long been considered our second brain. (there are some who say it's really our FIRST.) Either way, it's also our raw instinct. No wonder the modern day diet of sugary, processed food, water laced with fluoride, and so on, poses such a threat to civilization. 

But, on to the group work. After a great deal of energy being sent to manage chakra related stress, our theme is STILL “all chakras”. 

Since I have yet to locate a chakra clearing cape, instead I found an interesting site, www.ourspirit.com, where a “chakra healing diet” is suggested. 

According to the site, the human body has 3 energies that must be harmonized- the brain (thinking) heart (feeling) and lower chakras (willing.)

Only when these three fields are aligned can a person reach full potential. When they're out of sync, the result is mental instability, unfulfilled feelings, and incoherent behaviors.

Nutrition is a KEY lifestyle focus for keeping them aligned.

I'll be sharing information on the diet, but you may want to take a closer look at other information on the site. Some is “out there” - but interesting.

And, back to “loving from the gut”- what if each of us is here to be at the center of a radius of love? . It would be our choice - we have free will – but what if that ended up being the WHOLE DEAL?

It does seem as if many are choosing to go the opposite way. Could this be why 639 hz has come to the forefront?

Anyway, the first phase of the chakra healing diet – each phase takes 1 month- is to balance the root chakra. There are 2 steps:

1. Drink plenty of good water
2. Consume Himilayan Sea Salt

Am going to spend some time analyzing  what they mean by “good water” -  a water machine may not necessarily be the answer - and the WHY for the salt. Will start the protocol, officially, March 1, but be filling in some details before then.
