Over the past few days we've continued to run on stress related to the lungs.

This is significant because, according to the Chinese, ALL BODILY QI has its physical origin in the lungs.

Another way to look at it- the lungs are the LID to the five organ network as referenced by the 5 element theory.

This all ties in to the skin and large intestine, because they are, energetically, partners to the lung. So, for example, if a person is having a skin problem, or stress related to the large intestine, , the true root cause could be the lungs.

What's interesting is that, aside from an external injury from climate or pollution, what seems to damage the lungs MOST are various EMOTIONS.

At that point there could be frequent coughing, a puffy face, excessive need to lay down, blemishes or rashes, itching, and, often, depression in one form or another.

NOTE: The Chinese say that laying down for too long further harms the lungs.

Also, according to the Chinese, everything STARTS with the organs. In other words, a person's depression doesn't harm the lungs..t's the opposite....weak lungs lead to depression..

So-

-when we started this present P4 session on stress related to the YIN organs, with a focus on the lungs (which has been RUNNING AND RUNNING)...

... lung points 1 and 2 were added to the session.

If you look these points up online you will see where they are and can do your own SELF-ACUPRESSURE.

Research indicates a significant increase in lung capacity from just 20 minutes of self-acupressure.

A few more examples from the book- P6, located on the wrist, relieves nausea. GB 20, on the back of the neck, can clear dizziness, The Third Eye Point, located between the eyebrows, can clear the mind of confusion.

All this can be incorporated into SRC4u Software sessions, but is even more powerful when accompanied by action in the 3D world.

SO- over the next few days there will be some information on self-acupuncture.

Meanwhile, more information from our scan. We started out with the following cocktails:

all-purpose
unconditional healing (a HUGE forgiveness cocktail)
electromagnetic radiation

In addition, we received energy in the form of an image of the second crystal worn under priestly garments in the Old Testament:

CHRYSOLITE, which is known for creating an energy of protection, good luck, riddance of trouble and prosperity.

What we're working towards may have been best expressed by Thomas Edison:

“The doctor of the future will do weird things."

Well, in his EXACT words- "The doctor of the future will give no medicine but interest his patients in the care of the human frame, the diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

Just IMAGINE- maybe all this controversy over health care could be RESOLVED if we knew more about how to take care of OURSELVES.

(instead of turning our health over to authorities who seem to be focused on profit...theirs.)

PLUS - since everything's connected, as we regenerate our bodies it could be we'd also  be regenerating the planet.

THIS THOUGHT brought back something Dr. John Whitman-Ray, founder of Body Electronics liked to say:

“This is our world. We need to care for it and create vital changes now.”

Sounds good- but where do we start?

First- on a personal level there must be a ZEST FOR LIFE.

Weak lungs can have a negative impact on this, but once this stress is managed...

...THEN comes a realization of our innate power to conquer any and all challenges.

That's right- it's BUILT-IN.

This comprehension brings about DETERMINATION.
