The premise with this work- MY premise, anyway - is that we’re surrounded by- and part of - a frequency field of Absolute Intelligence.

Absolute Love is the Force behind it- I call it God, others like to say Source, Universe, and so on- and some say, based on the condition of the world and/or their own lives, there obviously is no such Force.

BUT- is it possible this Force has set everything up so we can pull in what we “resonate” with, i.e. match in frequency? 

Something about Free Will?

If so, it’s a matter of RAISING frequency. 

Clearing stress via the SRC is one way to go about this, but it isn't a stand-alone approach.

(Not one thing CAUSES a problem, so just one approach won’t typically CORRECT it.)

For example- to raise frequency/voltage we need REAL FOOD. 

And- it turns out a major energy drain may be emotions, buried or otherwise.

So, am finished reading that book by Hanna Kroeger- New Dimensions In Healing Yourself.

She had experienced her share of “pulling in what she didn’t want”- ending up as a refugee, with 5 children.

She and her husband came to the USA, going right to work, trying to rebuild their lives. But she kept reliving the past …the bombing, hopelessness. Because of this she was feeling exhausted most of the time.  Her health was failing.

Her first cousin was a psychiatrist, so she asked her what to do. She said, “go right on medication”. Wait…no she DIDN’T!

She said “Here is a paper and a pen. At the end of the day, at a time when you are alone, sit down and write out what you experienced. Don’t read it over. Put it in a drawer. The next morning take it out, read it, and burn it. Do this for a week, or until you have nothing more to report to yourself.”

Kroeger said that after doing that for a week she was FREE, so, went back to her cousin and asked, “how did this work?”

The answer: “As you speak your troubles OUT they become larger. But when you write them down and read them the next day, and then burn them, they take on a different dimension. They are out of your brain, out of your cells, you are then free and can stay well.”

Kroeger went on to become one of the foremost authorities on natural healing techniques in the country.

She said she’d given this formula to many, many troubled people and every time it had worked – when they DID it!

Meanwhile, made a list for SRC scanning while reading Kroeger’s book. It’s in the VSA.

Since we’re running another 48 hours in the Issue Solver regarding the 5 Elements- nothing to see- decided to demonstrate how this list was used for a friend who’s been suffering severe sinus problems.
