MOTIVATING MONDAY

Seems like on Mondays the group's energy often reflects unusually high stress from foods eaten over the weekend. This Monday was no exception- we wanted to work on "allergies related to improper diet", and also asked for 11 hours of the dispenser. You may recall that the dispenser is a pro tool that sends energy related to the full nutritional spectrum. Of course you also know this all deals with the etheric field, not the physical body.

The other requests were balancing for chlorine allergy, memory, and a special prayer known as World Freedom and Mercy. That's an unusual request, and interestingly enough  was selected yesterday during a private session as well . (a reminder on how these issues are selected- it's from a scan of the group or individual's energy.)

We continue to have the energy of the affirmation "I Radiate Self Esteem" sent to our fields. Over the weekend the focus was prosperity.

I had been off grain and sugar for one week, felt great, then was on the road over the weekend. Restaurants seem to be my downfall. Saturday I ended up having two biscuits with breakfast. Rationalizing, I went ahead and ate at Olive Garden for dinner, saying to myself "I'll start fresh Sunday." And I did. The added motivation was that on Sunday I felt terrible and was extremely irritable.

Hadn't expected such a difference in just one week. It may be because this time- and yes, I've tried to give up grain before- I had replaced the grains and sugar with vegetables, having huge servings for lunch and dinner. Will see what happens this week.
