NEGLECT= LOW VOLTAGE

This morning the scan highlighted "neglect". In other words, we're lowering our voltage by not attending to our own basic needs! Once you realize the power of your own energy system, you'll realize your personal voltage has an influence on the world around you! You go "up", others go "up", and vice versa. (What do you think America has done to it's collective voltage by the high consumption of fast foods?) So, this isn't simply "all about you". Scanning further for details, poor food combining and lack of exercise were the two top stressors. 

The SRC has a built in exercise program, but there's also another software program made by the same group that goes even further with this concept. I'm going to work with that later today, and will let you know tomorrow exactly what form of workout you selected.

As far as food combining goes, I'll do a future post with details, but a basic concept is to not combine carbohydrates with proteins. Ugh. That eliminates just about the entire American diet.

The second request was to work with the emotional scanner. This is the second day in a row that the group has requested emotional balancing. When these frequencies of emotions throw our energy out of sync, dis-ease can result. That's what dis-ease means-the DIS turbance of the EASE of energy flow.

Here's the scan- it doesn't pinpoint emotions, it indicates what the emotions are throwing off kilter and what some results of that could be- and then sends frequency information to balance this out.
