NO COST FLU VACCINE

Last night I walked into CVS to buy a birthday card and saw the sign: NO COST FLU VACCINE. Why, I wondered, do we allow this massive fraud to continue? First of all, it's not "free". There are some serious side effects. But then, also think about this: do you know anybody that's ever died from the flu? Me either. We're led to believe everybody's at risk, and it's not true. It's a hoax. (The mainstream news tells us there are 36,000 deaths a year from the flu. But here's the information I found: 2300 deaths age 19 and older, 140 deaths 18 and younger. Check for yourself) Yet here they are, pushing that shot more than ever, even requiring it in exchange for employment.

And we line up.

Then there's this thing about double blind studies. My field is energetic stress management. Scoffers say " where's the double blind studies proving that this stuff works?" and I have to acknowledge there aren't any in this country. The funds just aren't there. But the flu vaccination industry? We're talking deep pockets. But there aren't any double blinds, because, well, they aren't sure what the strain will be, so can't test it. So, excuse me for asking a stupid question, but how do you know what to put in the shot? Oh, that's right. You don't. That's probably why the vaccination only keeps 9%-13% of those who take it from getting sick from whatever seasonal bugs are going around. And just a small detail here, but it's the LAW that you have double blind studies, convenient or not.

But we don't know these things. First, we're too busy, too stressed. But also, we're naive, trusting our government, our media, our doctors to do the right thing. But where's the validation that they're doing the "right thing"? The more vaccinations we get, the sicker we seem to be. Now, if big pharma gets it way, you'll be required to get your first flu shot while still in the womb, then one a year for the rest of your life! OMG! What's the impact on the body going to be? Where are the safety tests? Oh- there are none. They're experimenting with our lives and the lives of our children because it makes them a whole bunch of money.

I'm not anti vaccine- but the flu is the wrong thing to vaccinate against. Why not work on something that's is a threat? To actually have the flu is rare, did you know that? We're just used to calling it "flu" every time we get sick! If this is news to you, there's plenty of information out there.

Maybe you'll get out of that line.

We have multiple ways of preventing the flu, or treating it if we actually get it. First, boost your immune system with some good healthy foods! Here's just a few:

1. red peppers. Did you know they're very high in vitamin C? A red pepper has twice the vitamin C of an orange!
2. garlic- it stimulates white blood cells, helping to prevent the flu
3. wild salmon- fatty acids and vitamin D
4. sauerkraut- for probiotics
5. sweet potatoes- for vitamin A (crucial to your immune system)

Also, viruses are very fragile. If you happen to have one of those hand held massage units 
that vibrate, and can run it over your torso a few times, there are those who belief it can 
kill a virus. Why not try?

Finally, in my opinion there's nothing like essential oils for dealing with ANY problem, flu or otherwise. That's because they carry a high vibration.
