NO NEED TO PULL OUT THE WHISTLE OF DEATH :) by Cathy D. Slaght
If resonance is what makes things real, and thoughts are the core influence on resonance - then what happens when our thoughts are impacted by by lifestyle habits, environmental factors, and so on?
For example, would a person who eats real food, focuses on words and thoughts that are positive, gives service to others-
- experience more JOY or BLISS in life-
- than one who lives on artificial foods, sits in front of the TV for hours a day, and complains incessantly?
(JOY/BLISS is the goal-- materialism can't provide it, which increasing numbers are coming to realize)
Also, when it comes to our thoughts/resonance, what's the impact of all the SOUNDS- television, music, and otherwise- that are part of our world?
Turns out there are some noise levels considered dangerous to our resonance - lawn mowers, loud concerts, firearms, fire-crackers, headset listening systems, jets, motorcycles, tractors, even some noisy toys-
Duration of exposure determines the amount of damage done.
But all this- the understanding of what SOUND can do to the human body- is nothing new.
It's one of the oldest healing modalities in existence. (The original “treatment” may have been the cat, with its purr! Cats will often lay on their owner and purr when the owner is out of sorts! Dogs, too, minus the purr! )
Archaeologists even discovered small, clay, skull-shaped whistles buried with human remains in previously unearthed Aztec temples. They apparently were known as “whistles of death”, and were used to bring the brain into altered states of consciousness, in order to heal disease.
But, there's no need for a whistle of death these days.
There are plenty of sound therapy devices available.
For example- you may want to check out Sound Wave Energy, developed by Nicole LaVoie.
LaVoie's intense interest in developing this therapy was to heal her son, who had been born with special challenges. She said this therapy healed him and many others.
The idea behind her program is that the body is like a symphony, with each cell taking part in the orchestration. The goal, obviously, is for each cell to play it's part correctly.
This may sound strange, but the body IS an electrical system.
Interestingly enough, the frequency ranges used in the Sound Wave Energy system are between 15-33 hertz- and sound like a cat's purr.
With all this in mind, how could the SRC be used for Sound Therapy? Here's an example for today's group session - etheric, not physical
