It will be a year in March since the Daily Energy Clearing program was started. I often get feedback from members about the positive impact of this program. Areas include physical vitality, prosperity, emotions, relationships- it's exciting to hear about all this!

But, there are also a few who aren't sure anything is happening.

So, again a reminder- it's all voltage. You can only accept the amount of energetic information that your voltage can process.

Here are a few questions-

1. Are you drinking plenty of water?
   Water transmits the information- make sure you're not dehydrated!
2. Are you getting enough fiber?
   Most Americans are fiber deficient. You should be having 1-2 bowel movements a    
   day. Your intestines actually play a big part in consciousness.
3. Are you eating too much sugar?
   Sugar is key in mitochondrial breakdown. Mitochondria are the cellular batteries, and
   play a big part in voltage. The average American consumes 48 teaspoons of sugar
   a day and doesn't even realize it- because processed foods are typically loaded
   with sugar. Even bread has sugar!    
4. Are you going through severe stress at this time? Financial, family, health?
   If you're a member of the daily energy group, please let me know via email or a

   situation.

Also, try to keep up with the blog posts and weekly newsletter. For those who see areas that need to change- and actually make the changes- you will soon see that the matrix responds in an extremely positive way. What we resonate with is what we create. In other words,
