​NOVEL WAYS TO EXPRESS HATRED by Cathy D. Slaght

But wait- why go through the whole list- just get right to the final outcome-

The destruction of your own body and spirit.

So, the weekend of the Presidential inauguration has arrived.  Great upheaval is predicted.
I’d like to share some thoughts- just personal opinions-

1. Maybe we should devote more attention to consciousness expansion.
2. Maybe this involves consistently working towards balanced energy flow so that our own innate knowing kicks in and we aren’t so easily misled by false information.
3. Maybe we should acknowledge the strength of working together vs the energy drainage created by working in opposition.  

AND

Maybe there are a few bad ideas in this country that have had way too much staying power. Like, the way we’ve handled crime and poverty in the inner cities. What we’re doing isn’t working. While we’re at it maybe we should check out our entire educational system- question the fact that as money pours in, the kids get dumber, can’t think critically, and so on.  Same with the health system- the more we spend, the sicker we seem to be. Maybe we should question why most of our elected officials seem to get very rich during this entire process.
Maybe I just need to go ahead and do our stress management session-
