Well, am not doing so well with the 4 am wake up- slept in yesterday and today.

Yes, there’s an excuse- was out of town.

And YES, my ego created this situation- so I would backslide.

This new habit was upgrading my software. The ego is our computer operator- and, when we make a positive change, its afraid it can’t “run the new program”.

This is why it’s so typical to “fall off the wagon” with any form of self-improvement.
I’ll start again tomorrow, hopefully.

THEN over the past week I ALSO blew the intermittent fasting!

Today I get back on THAT.

Meanwhile, no visit from Mother Jones since Tuesday.

But I think I know what she was going to say ☺    

It was “Don’t worry too much about outside programming. There’s too much, and we definitely don’t want to focus on it with anger or fear.

YES- turn off the television. Try not to listen to the radio while driving- because driving puts a person into a hypnotic state-

BUT you can actively guide the events in your life by working with NUMBERS on a regular basis.

(Now that she’s on the other side she’s discovered that’s the KEY- because EVERYTHING IS NUMBERS)

She was going to say that, by working with numbers, we can actually transform own reality AND that of the planet-  and that it is time.

(It seems the quality of our own thoughts and reality impacts the consciousness of the planet.)

Of course that’s what we’re doing with the SRC4YOU on a daily basis- sending various numbers over the airwaves.

There are all kinds of sources for these numbers, but one of the most fascinating is provided by a Russian scientist, Grigori Grabovoi. There are plenty of his books on Amazon. The image posted may be the best way to start.

Grabovoi’s work offers powerful information- here’s the background- when the western world turned to pharmaceuticals, RUSSIA was BROKE. So, they decided they had to learn how to heal themselves.

Grabovoi’s work is one of the outcomes.

(The Russians are about 30 years ahead of us in energy work.)

Tomorrow I’ll post one of his suggested visualizations for manifesting your desires, working with the number 8.

Meanwhile, the energy group is in the process of receiving energy via a 21- day SRC4YOU protocol related to success.

Along with this, each day they’ll receive one Grabovoi number and image over the airwaves, via the SRC4YOU.
