We're really taking some interesting frequency today! Here's what we requested stress management for:

1. Compulsive consumption of large quantities of food, usually with little regard to taste.

2. A fear of getting fat.

3. Addiction to having things positioned exactly right. Obsessive about looks of house or self.

4. The "mountain out of molehills" remedy, for people who worry and expend lots of energy over very small issues, treating them like huge problems instead of the small issues they are.

5. A remedy to help us "play" more.

We also asked for the "empower me" cocktail.

Wanted to mention something else-During the day I usually re-scan the group  to see if any additional program needs to be run in the SRC. After all, energy flows. Yesterday, for example, in the evening, we requested 4 hours of a virtual qi gong exercise called "opening heaven's gates". 

That got me to thinking. Yes, with our daily stress clearing, you can transform your life. but it isn't as easy as just sitting back and letting Heaven rain down blessings. It still takes work on your part, too, because that's how life works. We are doing quantum physics, and there are Universal Laws that apply. (More posts down the road on that.) Meanwhile, got a text from one of our group members last night, and would like to share it- this is how it's supposed to work! Notice she is not "stagnating", just accepting the SRC energy, but taking action as well!

Just want you to know that I have much less back pain lately. Using much less pain medication. I seem to have more stamina and endurance than usual and things are getting better and better every day. I started swimming everyday and hired a personal fitness trainer.
