Some believe if a person isn’t bleeding or passed out things will be FINE.

BUT that doesn’t seem to be true.

For one thing, every hour, in America, 5 people commit suicide.  Many of them seemed FINE.

We’re seeing plenty of other signs, too, that things just aren’t right.

Like, according to statistics, 70% of Americans have been exposed to one or more of the injuries/traumas listed below:

Physical, emotional and sexual abuse, assault, or exploitation

Neglect

Bullying

Community-based violence

Disasters

Serious accidents

Illnesses

Traumatic medical procedures

Victim or witness to domestic or community violence

Military Trauma

Personal or interpersonal violence (homicide, suicide)

School violence

Divorce

Traumatic separation

Natural/man-made disasters

System-induced trauma (abrupt removal from the home, sibling separation, abortion)

Terrorism, war, or political violence 

THERE’S A DOOR THAT CAN TAKE US AWAY FROM ALL THIS

We just don’t seem to be finding it.

Today’s image, a quote by Les Brown, may be pointing us in the right direction.

But high voltage is necessary.

So, for starters, how about we start eating some REAL FOOD?

Even just having 1 quart (4 cups) of herbal tea a day would significantly raise voltage.

(This coming week, for me, it will be dandelion which, by the way, is a complete source of protein. It’s also high in iron, vitamin E, Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc.)

Also, there’s a recipe packed with herbs in our new recipe section. Was going to call this section CELLULAR EMPOWERMENT but have changed it to DISCHARGE THE CHAOS.

Because, it will take more than FOOD-

• and, it may be time to remove a few misconceptions about this.
