What we’re focused on now - stress related to trapped emotions/ PTSD- brings up some information on Essential Oils

For one thing- EOs raise VOLTAGE, which is the whole point of stress management. But also, now they're being used to help Veterans with PTSD.  This is great news for ALL of us, since PTSD comes in many forms.

Here, our focus is the SRC.  

But, as Information is posted from time to time on what “trapped emotion” comes up via the scan, it wouldn’t hurt to work with an essential oil, maybe affirmations, too.

For example, today our trapped emotion is BEING LESS THAN.

A clearing protocol is running in the SRC super-charger, but according to "Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils" by Carolyn Mein, one could also apply some HUMILITY EO and affirm I AM APPROPRIATE.

And why not? Most of us have our share of trauma/trapped emotions. This is deeply hidden in the etheric field, but can set an energetic template for LIFE. (our scan today, for example, indicates trapped emotions might be causing a little over-eating.)

It gets complicated, though. Significant trauma may even occur before birth.

Case in point- Judy Garland, even with a 45-year span of international stardom, continued to sabotage herself. Relationships couldn’t last, there was drug addiction, she died broke…

Could any of this be related to the fact that when her mother found out she was pregnant she tried to abort? (1922!) First she went to a doctor friend, but he said NO.  Then she spent days driving up and down bumpy roads.

Judy made it, though.  Once she arrived, she was the apple of her parents’ eyes. But could there have been some PSTD from the rejection prior to birth?

Another example- The Foundling, a true story about a man abandoned, as a toddler, at a shopping center.

Even though he had no conscious memory of this, and was immediately adopted, he was a troubled child, a restless, self-sabotaging adult with symptoms of PTSD.  The book is about his search for answers.

The story is compelling- it's on scribd.com in audio form.  There’s some interesting information on DNA, too.

But good news- emotional patterns- even genetic- can be changed. It involves learning lessons, increasing awareness, and accessing cellular memory. (which EO are said to do)
