With regular stress management, life seems to improve.

(Phrases like "seems to" are used, because I don't want to make claims.)

So, if you seem to be reading this blog today, there's a screencast at the bottom of the post that demonstrates step 2 in the Daily Energy Clearing process.

First a brief explanation.

There's a button on this software that can scan ANY list. From the scan you get a number. I choose to send the energy of any item that comes in under 1000 to the group.

Each week, many lists are scanned, But on a daily basis I've put together a list of nutritional supplements. It gets longer by the day, because I run across some exceptional products. With information from the scan,  the energy of these products can be sent to the etheric field.

This is subtle energy. It's not the same as actually taking the product.

Some disagree, believing the frequency of the product IS the same. But you wouldn't go scuba diving without a tank and ask for energy of oxygen to be sent via quantum software. Would you? I sure wouldn't!

On the other hand, it seems to be beneficial to receive this daily nutritional energy.  Also, the scan may provide valuable information on what products could be beneficial.

This work is proactive, for the most part. The ideal time to balance stress is BEFORE a problem manifests. You wouldn't wait until you family is starving to plant seeds in the garden, right?

You shouldn't wait until life is in chaos to clear lower vibratory energy, either.

And another important point- energy flows- like a river. What a scan reveals each day is information for that moment in time. To me, numbers under 1000 indicate areas where some extra energy could be appropriate.

As the daily clearings continue, voltage may be reset at a higher level. The body begins to "remember" it's own power. When lower vibratory energies enter the etheric field, one's own energy can balance them out, sometimes immediately!

This self-healing ability is our birthright. Life doesn't have to be a struggle.

This weekend am going to do something different, and focus on the Aura and Chakra system. This is because there seems to be a great deal of mental and emotional stress in the group.

Auric stress seems to be related to the mental and emotional bodies. 

Chakras 1, 2, and 3 appear to be out of sync. 

When all this is put together, "life force" is the theme.
