The human body is an electro chemical organism that's designed to self heal. For some reason, though, our electro chemical balance seems to be way out of order. Part of the reason could be that our environment is bombarding us with electrochemical disruption- EMF, chemicals in our air, food, and water, and so on. But then of course we do plenty on our own to disrupt our energy flow- so it can get complicated.

Our SRC4U scan today indicated kidney stress. (of course all of this is work with the etheric field, not the physical body.) This is significant because the kidneys serve as our batteries. The emotion that can throw them out of kilter is fear.  This seems to correlate with another request from the scan, which was to work with "Seed phrases of the ego". Seed phrases are various self doubts and fears that are buried deep. They can be a source of a subliminal and constant anxiety that just won't go away without 1)awareness  b) a decision to clear  The "seed emotion" that came up was " Fear of the unknown" It's being cleared for the next 24 hours. You can work along with this program by saying "cancel, cancel" when an anxious or fearful thought comes up. Simple, but extremely powerful.

We also requested, energetically, the following pre-set programs:

• emotional clearing and balancing
  
• Bach flower essences
  
• radiation protection
  
• "happy zap"
  

We requested pain relief, so qigong energy that may assist is being sent for the next 24 hours. Finally, as you know, the energy of the affirmation "I radiate self esteem" is being sent daily for 21 days- the first day was June 24.

When all this was put together, the overall theme was ADDICTIONS and we requested 5 hours at "intense".

Speaking of addictions, here's an update on my week of no grains. So far, not so bad. Surprisingly, haven't missed bread- that's the major challenge- at all. From Monday-Thursday lost 1 pound. Will see how the weekend goes.

As with every weekend, on Saturday and Sunday the focus is prosperity. Will catch up Monday with what transpired, as I won't have internet access this weekend. That doesn't effect our scan, because it's independent of the internet- I take the SRC4U Software everywhere I go and will be doing our balancing the same as usual.
