SHEDDING THE OLD WAYS by Cathy D. Slaght

Am reading a great book- ONE SPIRIT MEDICINE by Alberto Villodo.

He explains (and I'm paraphrasing)  " Surrounding the physical body is a luminous energy field (LEF) that informs body systems how to live and act in harmony." The LEF is invisible to most of us, of course- it's the etheric field. Our work with the SRC involves this field. 

He goes on to say " The LEF can be thought of as the software that instructs the DNA, or hardware, to grow and repair the body. Until you receive work with this field your LEF creates your body according to genetic instructions 

inherited from your parents. This includes physical conditions as well as mental, emotional, and spiritual."

So, even though we may do everything in our power to live differently from our parents, we basically end up recreating their health conditions, hardships, and so on. (Scary, huh!)  Life continues to wear us down and voltage, diminishes. When that happens, we can't connect to the higher wisdom of the matrix. This wisdom is our birthright.

Our group is stepping away from all this, though, We're "working with the field"-  Call it what you like- LEF- etheric field- unconscious mind- it was scanned today, and here's what the group requested relating to clearing static/ stress- or, as Villodo says in his book, re-establishing coherence. 

First,  we asked for light therapy (just 40 minutes) and the flower essences listed below: 

• solstice storm- stability
  
• alder- personal clarity
  
• money plant- speaks for itself
  
• grass widow- emotionally uplifting
  
• hooker's onion- relax
  
• brocolli- balance body and soul
  
• garden tomato- cleansing
  
• petite fleur orchid- acceptance
  
• lotus- harmony

Then we requested etheric field balancing for the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenals. We also worked to balance out  frequencies related to diabetes.

When that was put together, the overall theme was LUNGS. Duration of scan- 21 hours.

We're doing much more, though. As these daily scans continue,  we're letting go of old, unhealthy ways of thinking, We're shedding the old, and embracing the new.
