This morning the group is working, energetically of course, to clear stress related to the pericardium. This stress is being measured in the etheric body, or blueprint, not the physical body. However, if any kind of stress remains unbalanced within the energetic blueprint, it will at some point make it to the body. Since "pericardium" has come up before, I'm going to share some information. But remember, I'm no doctor!
The pericardium is known as the "heart protector". It connects the heart to something called the mediastinum. And what's that? Here's Wikipedia's definition, broken down a bit:
The mediastinum...is the central compartment of the thoracic cavity...this cavity contains the heart and its vessels, the esophagus, trachea, phrenic and cardiac nerves, the thoracic duct, thymus, an lymph nodes.
In addition to connecting us to the mediatinum,- which sounds important to me, just saying,- the pericardium also provides lubrication for the heart and protects against infection. Not very interesting, unless you consider the fact that the heart is the most important organ in your body. And no one is immune to a heart attack. A person can appear to be in excellent health, eat well, exercise, etc, and still end up with heart problems because of STRESS. It's not the major trauma, but the day in day out stuff, like dealing with your kids, difficult commute to work, a relationship that doesn't run smoothly, bills, etc. that do the damage. Stress hormones stay amped up and actually "break" the heart.
Surprisingly, women face the greatest risk- heart disease is the # 1 killer for women in the United States The number of men and women who die each year from heart disease is nearly equal, but there are major differences between the male and female heart ...why doesn't that surprise me... Women's hearts are actually more fragile! However, when they change their lifestyle, their hearts respond more rapidly!
If you have some extra time this weekend, you might want to do some internet searches on this subject. Symptoms, for example, of a heart attack are different for men and women. Knowledge is power. Nothing outside of YOU heals your body. The body has an innate intelligence that is capable of healing virtually anything. This doesn't mean you don't go to doctors. It means you don't relinquish your power to them.
And what to eat for a healthy heart? It's mainly fruits and vegetables, imagine that-and to cut back on the sugar! We're not designed to eat ANY processed sugar, yet the average American gets 48t a day. It's in almost everything that's processed! And about the fruits and vegetables? We're supposed to get 9 servings a day. That just 1/2 cup servings though. I personally am going to make a real effort to do this starting today.
And remember, it's the small changes that make the biggest differences. If you can't see yourself eating 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, can you at least start by having a salad every day? When most people look at their diet, they realize they don't get ANY vegetables! And fruit? It doesn't count if its a juice, did you know that? Juice is all sugar. We were never intended to drink over 1 oz at a time. Of course, I'm talking about orange juice, etc- not health products that come in juice form.
In addition to heart-related stress, the group is also working on "splitting". That's trying to do too many things at once without having any real focus on what's most important. Pulled in many different directions, so that nothing much ever really gets accomplished. Let's clear that!
And, speaking of small things- there's something very small- a pink sideways v with a * next to it - hidden on the home page of this site. If you find it and click, up will come some frequencies for prosperity that you can look at, copy, or print out. Remember, everything's energy, and that includes your material abundance. I gave these frequencies out at the beginning of the year and those who printed them out and placed them around the house- under the bed, checkbook, etc- have :had a big increase in their financial abundance! Wanted to share this with you today.
