This morning I woke up with Rudolf Steiner on my mind. Not sure why - have heard of him, of course, but not really followed his work.

Did a quick google search and saw that he's been a headliner for www.quackwatch.com, though.

(This in itself gives him credibility- look up information on Stephen Barrett, the Founder of quackwatch, see what you think.)

Steiner (1861-1925) taught that illness is not primarily physical, but spiritual. No outside source- person, modality, machine- heals ANYONE.

This is our focus with the SRC. As stress is cleared, consciousness/voltage rises. Only then can true healing take place, because it's CONSCIOUSNESS that heals.

Steiner said - “Good health is achieved when the physical organism is properly aligned with the etheric body, (a set of life forces we refer to here as the energetic blueprint) the astral body (higher soul forces) and the I (a spark of Divine energy that separates humans from animals and subhumans.)”

Another set of three energies- just different terminology-

So, picture this: say there were a magic wand that could align these energies.

Just a tap on the head, that's all.

If the lesson as to WHY the misalignment took place wasn't learned, all that would happen is another misalignment...and it would probably be worse, resulting in a more serious problem- disease- situation.

Question: how does this relate to struggle?

Answer: maybe it takes more than faith to create the life desired.

Are you up to giving the chakra diet a try?

For phase one, all that's required is some good water and organic Himalayan salt. Specifics tomorrow, plus there's plenty of information online. But can you get to the health food store to get the salt?

Yes, I know- that could be a slight struggle-

But the rest is so easy- and apparently beneficial, with all the minerals in Himalayan salt- so why not get started as soon as possible? How about Thursday, February 22, instead of waiting till March 1? (22 is a GREAT number, too)

As far as our group work, we cleared the chakra stress, and progressed to The Wonder Click.
