Have been listening to the audible version of The Longevity Code. It’s LONG, but there’s some excellent new information related to aging.

Will do my best to provide CLIFF NOTES. For starters, Americans are eating too much processed food. (SHOCKER)

Also - you may have noticed the blog pic is different- a couple of months ago a friend came over and gave Sprout a walk while I fixed dinner.

A neighbor saw her and said “Where’s the little old lady who usually walks him?
This brought about an emergency SRC stress-management session, which changed the color of my hair.

OH- that was in the etheric- in 3D I went to the hairdresser.

Anyway- for today, having completed the work related to “flu stress”, we’re on to ANTI-AGING, asking for telomere codes (92% benefit of receiving them via the SRC supercharger), calorie restriction codes (92%) and amino acid codes (78%)

Could any of this “stress related to aging” be tied in to DNA damage from habits of daily living?

Possibly. So, we’re also receiving (via the Premium), at 95% benefit, the image of 528 hz., which is known as a frequency that repairs DNA. The theme, at present, is protozoa.

Over the next few days we’ll investigate the impact of wireless energy/5G/smart meters/etc. on DNA, too, but there will be NO GLOOM AND DOOM.

There’s a solution to every problem.

The SRC is a software platform that can assist.

We can even use it with the “12 days of Christmas” manifestation protocol.

It’s important to give this manifestation protocol some consideration because –

But what good is a gift if it isn’t ever opened? The protocol we’re putting together with the SRC will hopefully assist with the OPENING.

(BTW-  gift(s) being placed under an Evergreen tree could symbolize that no matter how dark the winter gets, there’s always LIFE.)

In quantum physics there’s no time, so it’s okay if you get a late start on this. With the volunteer, we’re catching up with days 1-3 and then will go day by day until the end, Jan 5.

Day 1 (Christmas Day)- put in your order in for the year.

The SRC can be amazing for goal-setting, as you’ll see in the screen cast.

Placing an order is important. Think about sitting in a restaurant and every time the waiter comes to take your order you say “I don’t know yet”- or, order, then change your mind, sending the food back.

You’d starve!

NOTE: we’re ordering ALL THE TIME, but on an unconscious level. The ordering in the manifestation protocol is CONSCIOUS.

Day 2- this is the day to make up your mind what you believe in, commit to staying the course.

Day 3 – get an objective viewpoint of unhealed wounds.
