All that exists- in the world, in society, in politics, in our mind- is there for a reason.

So, with that in mind maybe it's good to first give THANKS for the fact that diabetes is off the charts-

- it's awakened many to the seriousness of CARBOHYDRATE TOXICITY.

No telling WHAT positive changes we'll see, because this is driving many to take ACTION.

It's not really about diabetes, either- it's about keeping voltage high so the power to create is STRONG.

But sugar- which is in virtually ALL processed food- is now compared to heroin addiction.

Some signs you may be a junkie-
  • A strong urge to eat something sweet when feeling bored, down or depressed.
  • Eating when not really hungry
  • Highly irregular eating schedules, involving sugar at every meal.
  • Not happy or satisfied with a meal unless there's something sweet
  • You feel guilty about the amount of sugar you eat
  • You feel weak, tired, down without sugar
  • You eat a sweet food at the same time each day

A few ways to break this addiction-
  1. Eat foods that are high in zinc. (Zinc is necessary for glucose and insulin use. Lack of it can result in sugar cravings.)
  2. In fact- eat REAL FOOD.
  3. Drink more water
  4. Have dark roast coffee in the morning
  5. Lift weights
  6. Do EFT (more on this tomorrow)
  7. Take a form of micro algae- the Bio Age has curbed my cravings significantly
  8. Intermittent fasting
  9. Eat Fermented foods
  10. Walk
  11. Cook at home- restaurant food is typically loaded with hidden sugars
  12. Boost protein consumption
  13. Boost vitamin C
  14. Avoid low fat foods.
  15. Avoid diet sodas
  16. Don't watch food shows (some call it food porn)
  17. Add chromium to your diet
  18. Improve vitamin B levels
  19. Get daily stress management via the SRC :)

There could be some deeper issues to work with, too –for example, have we somehow been PROGRAMMED via TV, magazines, billboards, etc.  to be in perpetual feast mode?

(Diabetes is a 250 Billion Dollar industry, and then there's the Food Industry- massive profits in the TRILLIONS related to our addictions.)

Plus, there are TRIGGERS to diabetes other than food. Do some online research on phthalates- found in many personal care products as well as scented candles. Also, BPA in plastic water bottles can lead to diabetes and- surprise- long term exposure to wood burning stoves!
