THE BODY IS A POWERFUL MACHINE- PLUS+++ by Cathy D. Slaght
Had an interesting email this morning- “Today's irony...prior to reading today's blog, I was re-reading information on the merits of Himalayan Salt!! As you know, I've used it for years. I've used distilled water as an eye wash many times with no ill effect. Also prior to changing to distilled water, I noticed that the joints on some of my fingers were starting to get knobbly and slightly painful. I found that this was caused from an accumulation of 'Inorganic' minerals in my joints. After about 6 months of drinking only distilled water my finger joints returned to normal. Yes it pulls out minerals from the body, but those are only the Inorganic (unhealthy) minerals. Polarity wise, the Organic (healthy/necessary) minerals aren't affected.” So, I went back online, here's what came up- "Distilled water tends to be acidic and can only be recommended as a way of drawing poisons out of the body. Once this is accomplished, the continued drinking of distilled water is a bad idea. Water filtered through reverse osmosis tends to be neutral and is acceptable for regular use provided minerals are supplemented." And an article by Dr. Mercola: Early Death Comes From Drinking Distilled Water https://www.mercola.com/article/water/distilled_water.htm
As always- do all your own research, and yes, question everything! It could be, though, that since she has always been a big user of Himalayan salt that the distilled water is, for her, fine.
Meanwhile, I have my gallon of water- with a pinch of .Himalayan salt (1/16th t) On one side is written 99 77 654 on the other 44 66 111 Had been wondering if I could also use this water to make tea or coffee. According to Dr. Tennant, when things are put in to water to make an acidic drink, the result is that electrons are stolen from the water. He's not just talking about chlorine or fluoride, but also coffee and tea. As for carbonated beverages, there's no question- it's drinking carbonated acid. Also, zinc, one of the most important minerals in the body, is said to be blocked by alcohol, coffee, and tea. (Alcohol also blocks selenium.) Apparently, trying to get necessary fluids by drinking coffee, tea, colas or alcohol will almost guarantee depression. With that in mind, is it any wonder that much of the population is depressed? Another problem is bottled water. When tested, it's typically found to be highly acidic and contain harmful chemicals from the plastic bottles. Plus, plastic acts like estrogen in our bodies, causing hormonal imbalances and blocking zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6. A few signs of estrogen-related stress: increase in heart attacks and strokes, aging, anxiety, allergies, asthma, breast cancer, cervical cancer, cold hands and feet, decreased sex drive, dry eyes, endometriosis, fat gain around hips, fatigue, fibrocystic breasts, foggy thinking, gallbladder disease, hair loss, headaches, hypoglycemia, increased blood clotting, and autoimmune disease. A scan for for the group indicated DECREASED SEX DRIVE was the top estrogen-related stress. Could be an interesting topic for tomorrow. Today's scan, etheric, not physical https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFn3bHoSn5
