Have you ever heard of the Specto Chrome?  

It was a color therapy machine, designed with the premise that light and color fuels all life on the planet. It was extremely popular in the '40s and '50s, used in thousands of mainstream clinics.

The man who invented it, Dinshah Gadiali,  was believed to have been way ahead of his time. He understood the "everything is frequency" concept.

And the Spectro Chrome was simple to use - there were 5 colored plates with lights behind them. Patients were exposed to various combinations of these lights for just1 hour.

But on July 14, the FDA removed every one of these machines from the inventor's personal clinic and destroyed them with sledgehammers. Then they put him in prison for 3 years.

The Specto Chrome became an illegal medical device, so had to be taken out of all the other clinics. As a result, today mainstream views color therapy as quackery.

Many believe this is all because it was a threat to the AMA and its financial backers. If that's true, it must have been very effective.

So, here's the point- last night I pulled an old book off the bookshelf- who knows when or where I got it- about Color BREATHING.

As the author said, they can't make breathing illegal!

It's an excellent book, and a quick read.

So, if you want to work with color therapy, there isn't a reason in the world you can't add "color breathing" to your daily routine- it's done either first thing in the morning or right before going to sleep.

The book explains exactly what to do. I, for one, am going to give it a try.
