Picture this.

You're standing at the edge of a cliff. At a distance you can see your heart's desire.

BUT- in between IT and YOU lies the Grand Canyon.

There's equipment to help you get across, but you can't muster up the energy to use it. PLUS some say it's not LEGAL – that you must stay where you are.

And so it is with the vast field of high-energy information that surrounds us.

Scientists have demonstrated its existence via television, computers, cell phones... seriously, do you think there are little people in your TV....

...but there's even more information, designed for the human bio-computer to access. According to the ancients, it's there so we can create Heaven on Earth.

But there seems to be a problem in getting to this information – somehow the canyon has trapped many.

Some are organizing rescue missions, but others say NO.

Possibly something to do with BOTTOM LINE.

Fortunately we are free agents, able to hook into our high Source of energy when we CHOOSE.

It seems this would require certain levels of energy.

In ancient days these levels were referred to as KEYS.

One key is fasting. Does this means the way we EAT could be creating the CANYON/SEPARATION?

If so - could fasting include intermittent fasting?

One way to look at it- intermittent fasting can be combined with any dietary approach- and there are PLENTY- to the point of information overload.

Right now, for example, I'm reading Detox Miracle Sourcebook by Dr. Robert Morse on scribd.com. (Today's image is a quote at the beginning of the book.)

Morse advocates a diet of only fruit, along with herbs. Unorthodox, but look at this:

“Our success with regeneration in spinal cord injuries is phenomenal. A 32 year-old female who had severed her upper cervical spine 12 years previously came to our clinic. In 11 months she had complete feeling and movement throughout her body. “

Do I want to learn more? YES

Meanwhile, daily work with the SRC is more significant than many may realize. As blocks related to stress are cleared...

...we can get over the canyon, or, put another way, interact in a more significant way with the FIELD.
