One of the biggest challenges in explaining the benefits of subscribing to the daily energy clearing group is that people have trouble with the concept itself.

How could stress management energy- in the form of virtual qi gong- be sent, from any distance, and "do anything"?

And how could a GROUP benefit? (Even those who understand that this kind of work could be helpful to an individual have trouble with the group approach. Yet a group actually magnifies the energy!)

So, from time to time I like to provide some clarification-

First, we are all receiving group work 24/7. We're citizens of planet earth- receiving frequency around the clock that LOWERS  voltage.

Receiving energy? That's right- our systems are receivers and transmitters of energy. We're receiving, as just a small example, the unseen energies of EMF, chemicals in our air, food, and water, our own thoughts, the thoughts of others- you get the idea.

All these things can stress our systems, lower voltage.

And voltage is the key. The higher the better. Why? We're surrounded by an infinite informational network of frequency. In this network, or matrix as some call it, is information on everything we could ever need to live an abundant, joyful, life.

With lowered voltage, we turn away, unconsciously, from this information. The result of this is a life of diminished capacity.

So, the daily energy clearing group was designed to help clear patterns of stress so that voltage can rise.

Each day subscribers receive a full energy session. That's 7 days a week.

This work is my passion. The head would say " You have to be nuts, Cathy, to spend all this time on something so few can relate to. And $27 a month? You're providing hundreds of dollars worth of energy work WEEKLY! What are you thinking?"

But I know we have the power to create the life we desire. They say one human has enough energy in their atoms to light up North America!

Obviously, then, we could harness enough power to light up our own lives. AND, if we worked together, we could create peace and prosperity on the planet!

There are 4 levels when it comes to harnessing this powerful energy:

1. unconscious incompetence- you don't know there's anything to work with. you're a victim, life is a struggle
2. conscious incompetence- you know there's "something" but have no idea how to work with it. You figure God has His favorites, and you're not one of them
3. conscious competence- you begin to recognize the power of your habits and thoughts and then make changes. Voltage begins to rise, life gets better.
4. unconscious competence - you automatically set your voltage at "high"

Again, this may not make any sense to the head.

But did you know the heart has a brain, too?

And the heart seems to understand.
