And, while thoughts/emotions play a huge role in all this- both are significantly impacted by what we’re EATING.  
 
That’s why I’ve been going over information from Eat to Beat Disease/Dr. William Li,  The Blue Zones Challenge/Dan Buettner and Deep Nutrition/Catherine Shanahan, M.D.
 
(So yes, we have some new stress-management protocols for the SRC4U software.)
 
Meanwhile, the SRC4u Daily Energy Clearing Group has been working to clear stress related to confusing pleasure with happiness- which we finally seemed to balance out, energetically, today. That could be why we don’t really need the new protocols right now - check out the screencast – because “pleasure from food/food addiction”, a primary cause of the poor food choices that lead to low vibrational expression, may be balanced out at this moment in time.
 
Still, on a collective level, disease rates are skyrocketing. There’s even speculation that Medicare may be going BROKE.
 
And yet - is there any cash register in ANY kind of mainstream store that doesn’t have a junk food display right next to it? And, what about the continual TV ads for processed foods? All that digital programming!
 
(Think about it. Could it be that the corporate structure- and this includes Medical -understands how the brain works- and how to program it to bring in huge food industry and medical industry profits? Surely NOT! That would bring Wetiko to mind!)
 
But let’s not focus on this. We are in a sea of “plastic mind substance” that we shape according to our subconscious thoughts. Can we accept that there are those who have always understood how to manipulate our thoughts, and in the digital age, can do so quite effectively?
 
With that understanding, can we bless them? Because the reality is that we are powerful beings. It could be through recognition of the attempted manipulation of our consciousness we are, at last, given no choice but recognize/accept that power.
 
But, to access it, we need real food.
