We're complex beings- which is why I personally believe working with a form of quantum software is essential. There is not much more “all about you” than a scan of your energy.

Let's tie this in to a great comment on a post about being vegan/vegetarian vs consuming animal protein. (This is the purpose of the blog- for us to share data. Please comment, share information, etc.!) The idea- and valid- is that maybe none of us should be eating meat, especially with the nature of the work we're doing.

I would like to agree. The challenge is that over the last 20 years I personally have seen a number of vegans/vegetarians suffering in one way or another from what appears, via scans, to be stress related to amino acids. This could be the kingpin that throws everything else off, as amino acids are the precursors to neurotransmitters.

There are experts who say that an amino acid supplement may be necessary- or, that blood sugar could be unstable from eating too much fruit.

Also, nothing is black or white, even information that comes from the M.D. Keeping that in mind, here are a few symptoms of neurotransmitter stress that children (adults too) are being drugged to correct. It could be that a change in diet/supplementation as well as managing stress could address these issues. (stress can throw the neurotransmitters off, big time.) As always, consult your health care practitioner.

DOPAMINE DEFICIENCY:
Attention deficit disorder, decreased alertness, failure to finish tasks, hyperactivity, impulsive behavior, poor concentration
ACETYLCHOLINE DEFICIENCY: attention problems, difficulty concentrating,diminished concentration, impaired abstract thinking and judgment, impaired creativity
GABA DEFICIENCY: difficulty concentrating, disorganized attention pattern associated with anxiety, high anxiety, erratic behavior, inability to think clearly
SEROTONIN DEFICIENCY: difficulty concentrating, hyper-vigilance, restlessness, slow reaction time.

Keep in mind that we're looking at many factors related to these deficiencies.

For example, environmental -

Lead decreases GABA, cadmium in cigarettes decreases dopamine, pesticides decrease serotonin, and aluminum from cookware or drinking water decreases acetylcholine. Also, at some point, we should talk about radiation.

Then- violent television shows, movies, and videos, according to experts, can damage the neurotransmitters.

(maybe young children shouldn't be watching so much TV, and/or playing certain video games?)

And of course, there's sugar...

All things to think about- and hopefully you're double-checking this information.

Today's group work- etheric, not physical

Last night we completed the Rejuvenation scan.

At that point, I checked to see the benefit for the group of receiving herbs identified by a new scan- just put together- on Chinese herbs. The information came from a book on Bensky Formulas. There was a high benefit for the group to receive the energy of these herbs along with a continuation of the rejuvenation scan – so that's what's happening:

Li Lu- known to lower blood pressure, heart, respiration rate, kill parasites, reduce itching, and enhance the functions of the liver, lung, and stomach channels.
Chi Shao – known to invigorate the blood
Gu Ya – promotes digestion, harmonizes the Middle Burner, strengthens the spleen
Niu Xi – anti-inflammatory and anti-aging

Often it seems receiving the energy of a substance may be as beneficial as consuming it, minus the side effects.

The entire list of herbs is provided in the virtual spa academy- hopefully it's accessible today, but if not, will be by the end of the week.

Finally-

E-exercise is 8 hours to increase strength, S-he-motion message is “ the most empowering thing about goals is having one.”
