It seems phase 2 of the chakra detox is simply to continue drinking pure water – preparing it a gallon at a time, with a pinch of Himalayan salt (probably any UN-refined salt would do) -and then, for the 2nd chakra, to start adding some REAL, LIVE, food.

While Chakra 1 is the foundation chakra, supporting the upward flow of our energy- for which, apparently, a healthy consumption of good water is necessary-

- chakra 2 is the creation chakra, which deals with the male/female dynamic, particularly as it pertains to sex.

Some say this is where our power truly lies.

An interesting aside is that science has discovered embryonic stem cells are immortal. Also, it turns out that male and female sex cell DNA does not degrade over a lifespan- it's as perfect at 90 as it was at 16. This may indicate the power contained in the second chakra.

But, moving forward- IF it turns out that the base of our power lies in this 2nd chakra, then what happens when we get confused about -or abuse- our sexuality?

It does seem that those in charge are encouraging this, Just look at what's being presented, not just via the entertainment industry, but even on the grade school level, namely...  

...sex- no matter WHAT the form,- is ALL acceptable. It's just part of our recreation, along with eating, drinking, and so on. 

(Sometimes procreation is an unpleasant side effect, but THAT''S easily taken care of- ) 

Androgyny and transsexualism are ESPECIALLY COOL.

But what if this blocks creative power?

It's true that we all have a male and female side, but...

...could it be that balancing this duality on a spiritual level through working with what we CAME IN WITH is a step in harnessing our power?

And- is there a distortion of the energy field- a drop in resonance- when sex is purely ego driven/ recreational, with no other connection?

With these questions in mind, here's where we're going 

For starters, what is all this SOY in our food doing to the second chakra?

After that- CONSIDER THIS AN ALERT- we might be talking about some crazy things. 

After all, I'll be nourishing my second chakra with 2-3 live foods a day.
