THE POWER TO RE-AUTHOR YOUR LIFE by Cathy D. Slaght
For those interested in Language Mastery- let's just say it's a wild ride. (cancel/clear)
Am on my SECOND reading of the steps involved, and still processing the information.
The first two – saying CHOOSE/DECLARE instead of WANT and then being FIRM, not POLITICALLY CORRECT aren't all that much of a challenge compared to what's coming later. And - with the SRC4U software any statement can be tested for resonance. (It looks like there's little use to do affirmations, set goals, etc., if the subconscious is in a state of resistance.)
So, here's an example - am working with someone who wants to release some weight. She was willing to experiment with the Language Mastery approach, since nothing else has worked. But, when we wrote her statement, carefully following steps 1 and 2, we discovered she only resonated with it 1%.
Turns out something happened in her younger years that made her feel unsafe being attractive.
Am no professional when it comes to this kind of thing- but we COULD restructure her statement. Here's what we ended up with:
I CHOOSE TO RECLAIM MY BEAUTY AS I AM NOW SAFE IN MAINTAINING IDEAL SIZE, SHAPE, AND WEIGHT.
Now she's reading this affirmation to herself daily and it's also being sent energetically via the SRC4U for 90 days.
BUT- she's discovering her everyday language – the way she puts herself down- is sabotaging all this. It's a work in progress to make changes but now she's aware, so is doing just that.
And back to the statement on America from the other day, which is what came to mind in terms of re-creating MY reality- here it is again-
I declare that in MY America Light now shines on the present condition of individual and collective physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health as those who choose to do so work together to formulate questions.”
98% resonance, but only covers the first 2 steps- much more is required, such as an action plan.
Again, and this can't be over-emphasized, we must CHOOSE or DECLARE instead of saying WANT. (Saying WANT can be a tough habit to break, too). Then in the next step, Domain 2, there are words to avoid: try, hope, intend, I think, perhaps, would like...these are self-negating terms, politically correct, but resulting in no action.
Continuing up the ladder-
Domain 3 is about Absolutes and Grandiosities. For example, something like “ I choose to be the ultimate authority”- demonstrates a form of suppressed grief- which, by the way, we are now clearing daily via the SRC4U along with a few other blocks to reality re-writing.
Domain 4 is Conditional Choice- For example, in “I am now at my ideal size and shape so I can be loved” the word AND must be substituted for SO. In other words, I am at my desired weight AND loved.
Domain 5 is the Domain of This, That or They. For the weight issue notice she says MY beauty. For America it's MY America We can't change anything unless we first claim our part in creating it. It's not THEY. It's US.
Domain 6 is all about cancellation. Here's where everyday speech can be a major problem.. For example- those who care about America are canceling out any and all positive intentions if they continue to talk about what they DO NOT LIKE or WANT.
In fact, the most important part of this entire process is to focus through language on what is WANTED.
Awareness is necessary. But continuing to talk about problems/complaining incessantly is disastrous.
BTW: If you decide to make some of these changes, just watch your OWN words. Others don't want you correcting THEM.

I now choose love and happiness and joy and abundance and health and victorious financial success and our peaceful planet.
