It can be life changing to realize that the world we think we see and know is more like a software program. Really! With advances in technology we've learned that we're actually a series of energy fields. These energy fields are made of - you guessed it- numbers. We refer to these numbers as "frequencies".

Strangely enough, we've used this knowledge to make significant advances in fields like communications, but somehow have trouble believing that it can also be used in the field of personal wellbeing. And yet, if we are made up of various energy fields, and those fields are made up of frequency...can't these frequencies be measured too? Just like a series of frequencies, as sent out by a remote control, pull in a television show, can't we also measure the frequencies in our field and maybe get a little snow off our screen? Just wondering. 

So, first thing every morning I scan our group. We're working with a software program that scans the etheric field, not the physical body.  The idea is to see, by measuring NUMBERS, what frequencies in this field, which serves as our blueprint, may be putting out STATIC. Static can really throw us off. (Another term for static is STRESS.) Not only can frequency be sent to assist in clearing this static, but we may also gather information as to what's going on in our energetic blueprint. This could empower proactive instead of reactive behavior. It's not diagnostic, because energy is like a river- it flows. And it doesn't cure. This is about self-healing, which may occur when the energy field is producing less static, less "snow on your screen".  

With that in mind, here's our "frequency information" for today:

• First, we requested, energetically, some de-stressing on the following: 
  

• knees, lumbar, tendons, sinus, lymph nodes, peyer's patches, ascending colon, hypothalamus, cervix, optic nerve, teeth and tongue.  

           (actually we've been requesting a lot of de-stressing for knees lately) 

• We also requested an acupoint session, frequencies for hearing, energy and stamina, and energy to clear spiritual oppression.
  

• From the pro tools we requested 6 hours of qi gong- the small intestine posture 2 for those of you who are familiar with this art- (all of this work is one form of virtual qi gong or another)
  

• When all this was put together, we requested a 2 hour session with 5 repeats. 
  

• Everything starts with numbers!
