By now you know that what you consider “reality” is actually a flow of very complex energy in and out of multiple energy fields. When these fields are tuned, (no easy task) we function as we were intended to. This energy is what creates our reality, and it needs to flow. In fact, we're wired for this flow, much like a house is wired for the electricity that keeps the lights on. OUR “wiring” is referred to as the meridian system. Many believe that we can and do heal any problem - physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual- by eliminating whatever has blocked the flow of energy through these  systems. Think of a garden hose, and what happens when there's a kink! But what creates this "kink" in our own system? Much is related to thought patterns. The quiz below can give some clues:
