Science has long known that our moods are influenced by chemicals called neuropeptides.

These are small molecules of protein that pass information.

BUT- what is NOW known is that these chemicals aren’t coming from the brain. They come from the spine…which means the spine is our switchboard for passing emotions through the body.

SO, if your spine is out of whack, chances are your emotions are too!

But there’s more- because of the way the embryo develops, we spend all of life moving from the spine into the world.

Our spinal alignment motivates our body and mind, creates our thoughts, feelings and desires- which is what motivates us to move forward into the world.

It seems significant to make spinal alignment a priority.

If you go online, you’ll find many ways to do this WITHOUT constantly running back and forth to the chiropractor.

(I still believe we should visit a chiropractor on a regular basis - it’s just that maybe it won’t be necessary to go as often with some of the self-care options you can find online)

Also, MIGUN beds- my opinion- are WONDERFUL. I’ve used one for years. In just 34 minutes it gives a combination massage, acupuncture and spinal session, and even burns some calories!

You can probably find plenty of these beds on Ebay or Amazon, because many buy them and end up not using them. (what a shame)

Whatever you do, it might be a good idea to make spinal alignment a priority!
