DOWN UNDER= Prostate and Testes

It’s important that these vital parts be happy and healthy!

Something DOES seem to be going on to keep this from being the case.  1 in 7 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. Then there’s apparent stress related to testosterone. This could be related to the chemicals in our environment, particularly the chemicals in plastics.

These chemicals, known as PHTHALATES are now nicknamed “gender benders” because they’re causing men to become feminized.

AND- this plastic stuff is everywhere- flooring, toys, food packaging, cosmetics, medical equipment, and of course the obvious- plastic utensils and water bottles.

There’s plenty of information online on how to turn this around, but meanwhile here are a few tips-

1. Switch your shower curtain to fabric.
2. Check labels to make sure products- especially toys – are phthalates free.
3. Use natural shampoo, cosmetics, toothpaste
4. Avoid synthetic fragrances and perfumes- as in air fresheners, dryer sheets, candles, etc.
5. Check your tap water for contaminants.
6. Don’t use plastic wrap.
7. Drink out of glass, store your food in glass containers.

Think carefully before doing testosterone therapy, too. There’s plenty of information on line on how to naturally increase testosterone production.

We’re going to focus on clearing stress related to chemicals in today’s scan- etheric, not physical.
