Working with the SRC4YOU, any condition, complaint, or disturbance can be reframed into an energetic format. By reframing consistently, maybe we could write our “story” any way we choose! That’s what the ancients said. Could it be we’ve just forgotten?! BUT subtle energy work may not pack much of a punch if the IMMUNE SYSTEM is depleted. And so many seem to be coming down with the flu. For the past few days I’ve been fighting it myself. Stayed close to home, kept zapping, rested, AND found a product that I think helped turbo boost my immune system.
Thing is, you can’t take it on any empty stomach, so I had to forgo my eating window for a few days, Today, for purely medicinal reasons, I had EGG BITES (Starbucks). Delicious, and no bread!
