So here we are, finishing up the year clearing stress related to dental issues. Try THAT on a cell phone!

But you might be thinking “wouldn’t it be better for the energy group to focus on manifesting joy, prosperity, and abundance instead of working on something as mundane as, say, bleeding gums?

But it doesn’t work that way.

If you want to manifest money, lose weight, heal relationships, whatever - none of the approaches may work if your voltage is low.

Dental stress can dramatically lower voltage.

With that in mind, let’s talk about bleeding gums.

Since what comes OUT of the mouth might be as important as having a healthy mouth, am going to start scanning each day to see what word would be most beneficial for the group. You might want to think it, say it, write it or BE it.  Info at end of post.

Back to gums.

1 in 3 think it’s normal for gums to bleed - 60% experience this-

It most often involves tartar build up, which relates to bacteria- so it looks like we should go to the dentist for a professional cleaning at least 2x a year. Not doing that is what I’m paying the price for now.

Yesterday I ran a session for myself on the SRC4YOU. It seems I need to do some oil pulling and/or put sage essential oil on my gums PLUS, obviously get back on a regular schedule with the dentist.

Today I’ll run a friend who has volunteered to be a test subject- she not only has bleeding gums but is losing some teeth.
