THE TWILIGHT ZONE OF PRAYER by Cathy D. Slaght
Seems like, for some reason, prayer has become an object of ridicule. Here’s an example - a reporter, while covering a political conference said, “God bless you” after another reporter sneezed: Here’s his account of what happened: “About halfway through the speech, one of the reporters sneezed. Out of courtesy and habit I said, “God bless you.” I instantly felt a chill in the room as everyone looked toward what seemed to be my direction. I looked behind me to see if something terrible had happened. It was clear that nothing had. A few minutes later an aide to one of the candidates whispered to me, “We don’t say that around here.” Then there’s the Harvard Prayer Study, which was done to discern the effects of intercessory prayer. Conclusion? It doesn’t work. Of course, we appreciate the input from any of the Ivy League schools that have produced so many of our esteemed leaders, kept us out of debt, war free, etc. Much thanks to the media, too, for such accurate, unbiased, reporting. But, are they right about prayer? If prayer is basically pleading/begging an angry old bearded man for this or that…or reciting mindlessly from memory/reading a piece of paper, possibly so…although even then there have been reports of miracles. But those who understand that we are frequency believe prayer can open a door in the subconscious mind that accesses universal intelligence. They have demonstrated, repeatedly, that prayer can be used for ANYTHING, provided Natural Law is followed. (basically, not harming another.) I personally pray regularly, and, also, see the SRC4YOU as energetic prayer. So, here’s something that happened yesterday. I’m working with a woman who has had one heartbreak after another. We’re talking serious issues, nothing trivial. Not much has turned around. Then, yesterday came a “final straw”- someone had stolen some valuable items from her car. It reminded me of a situation I’d heard about years ago- a recovered alcoholic’s best friend died. Everyone was afraid he would turn to alcohol, but he made it through everything – even the funeral- without touching a drop. Then someone scratched his car and he went on a binge that nearly destroyed his life. So, in similar fashion, this theft could have been the breaking point. We worked with the SRC, sending prayers and affirmations to her etheric field. She inhaled Inner Child essential oil. She decided that any material thing can be replaced, recognized that somehow this could be a positive turning point in her spiritual growth, and gave thanks for the experience. This morning the items reappeared. She has no idea how this could be. Me either. All I know for sure- “It’s All Voltage”... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVSRm80WzZk
